To maintain smooth academic operations and ensure that parents’ concerns are addressed efficiently, the school has designated specific visiting hours for meeting different officials. Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the given schedule and seek prior appointments where necessary.
1. Meeting with Class Teachers
- Days: Monday & Thursday
- Time: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- Procedure: Prior appointment required. Parents must inform the class teacher through the school almanac or an email request in advance.
2. Meeting with the Principal
- Days: Wednesday & Saturday
- Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Procedure: Appointments must be taken at least 48 hours in advance through the school office.
3. Meeting with the Teacher-in-Charge (TIC)
- Days: Tuesday & Friday
- Time: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Procedure: Appointments to be scheduled through the administrative office.
4. Meeting with the Accounts Section
- Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays)
- Time: 10:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Procedure: No appointment required. Walk-ins are allowed for queries related to fees, payments, and other financial matters.
5. Meeting with the Administrative Office
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Time: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Procedure: Parents can visit without prior appointment for admission inquiries, document submissions, and general administrative work.
6. Visiting Hours for Hostellers
- Day: Sunday
- Time: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Procedure: Only parents/guardians with prior approval can visit. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed outside the stipulated hours.
Important Notes:
- Parents must carry their Escort Cards while visiting the school.
- No requests for unscheduled meetings will be entertained unless it is an emergency.
- Any change in visiting hours will be communicated through official school notices.
